Motophile LLC – Shipping Policy

The Short Version: Our gear is proudly printed to order right here in the USA. Because we don’t have a warehouse full of dusty shirts, it takes us a few days to print and pack your order before it hits the mail. Good things take time, and American-made quality is worth the wait.

Here is exactly how our shipping process works:

1. Order Production & Processing Every item at Motophile is custom-printed to order. Once your order is placed, it takes our USA-based crew 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your gear. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is in the system.

2. Shipping Transit Times Once your gear is printed and handed off to the carrier, standard shipping transit times apply.

  • Standard USA Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Please note: Total delivery time is Production Time + Transit Time (Expect your gear to arrive in about 5 to 12 business days total).

3. Tracking Your Order As soon as a shipping label is created and your package leaves our hands, we will automatically shoot you an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link.

4. The "Double-Check Your Address" Rule Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because our items are fulfilled automatically, we cannot change your address once the order goes into production.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Motophile is not responsible for packages that are stolen off your porch or misdelivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (the tracking simply stops updating for over a week), reach out to us and we will help make it right.
